How we work
- We identify your exact watch. Model and movement details come from TAG Heuer’s own records, not guesswork.
- You get a written price first. Nothing is done until you’ve approved it.
- Only genuine TAG Heuer parts are fitted. They come through our TAG Heuer parts account.
- Every case we open is resealed and pressure tested. New seals go in whenever the case is opened.
- It comes home insured, with a 2-year guarantee on the work.

Your watch is serviced and repaired by BHI and WOSTEP qualified watchmakers and technicians. Case and bracelet refinishing is done by a WOSTEP qualified refurbisher.

A workshop in Slaidburn, Lancashire, serving the whole UK
Most of our customers send their watches by insured post from all over the UK, or we can collect from your door for £15. If you’re nearby, you’re welcome to drop your watch off by appointment, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. Contact the workshop to arrange a visit.

In Slaidburn, Lancashire. Most watches come to us by insured post from across the UK, and you can drop yours off by appointment.

Yes, by appointment, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. Contact us to arrange it.
