All prices include VAT. A battery takes about 5 working days; a full service 3 to 6 weeks.

Tell us about your watch
Answer a few short questions in the form. A watchmaker replies the same working day with a written estimate.
Send it to us, fully insured
Book a collection from your door for £15, use a prepaid Royal Mail Special Delivery label for £12, or post it yourself.
We repair it and send it back
Your watch is pressure tested before it leaves and comes home insured, with a two-year guarantee on eligible work.
The work we take on
Every price includes VAT and is confirmed in writing before any work starts. If your watch needs something else, ask us and we will tell you honestly.
Battery replacement
A genuine Renata cell, three new gaskets and a pressure test, with the printout returned.
Full service
The movement taken apart, cleaned, rebuilt with genuine parts, timed and resealed.
Crown, glass, bezel and pushers
Genuine TAG Heuer parts, fitted, resealed and pressure tested before it comes home.
Dial and hands
Replaced or refitted with genuine parts, matched to your watch's reference.
Refurbishment and polishing
Case and bracelet brought back to their original brushed and polished finish.
Bracelets and straps
Bracelets repaired and resized. Genuine TAG Heuer straps from £130.

Are you an authorised TAG Heuer service centre?
Yes. TAG Works is an authorised TAG Heuer service centre, which means genuine TAG Heuer parts and work carried out to TAG Heuer's standards.
How often should a TAG Heuer be serviced?
We recommend a full service every four to five years, and new seals whenever the battery is changed so the watch stays water resistant.
How much does a TAG Heuer service cost?
A full service is from £240 for a quartz watch, £295 for a quartz chronograph, £335 for an automatic, £425 for an automatic chronograph and £495 for in-house or COSC calibres. A battery replacement is £79. All prices include VAT and are confirmed in writing before any work begins.
Can I send my watch by post?
Yes. Book a collection from your door for £15, use a prepaid Royal Mail Special Delivery label for £12, or post it yourself. Your watch comes home insured too.
Do you use genuine TAG Heuer parts?
Always. Crowns, glass, seals, dials and movement parts all come from TAG Heuer. We never fit aftermarket parts.
